TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. For groups of more than two guests, we will do our best to keep your group together, but we cannot guarantee that guests will be allocated beds in the same room. Thanks for your understanding

2. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Central Perk Backpackers without a companion.

3. All guests are required to present valid photo ID upon checking-in. Central Perk Backpackers will accept a Drivers Licence or Passport only.

4. A valid credit card is required, and a minimum 10% deposit will be charged in advance to guarantee all bookings; the balance of accommodation charges is due on check-in.

5. A bank deposit is also acceptable; our bank details can be provided on request.

6. For cancellations within three days before arrival, a one night cancellation fee will be charged.

7. Cancellation has to be made in writing.

8. Credit card Details or a cash security bond of A$50 for incidentals is required on check-in. The A$50 cash security bond is fully refundable on departure, providing the property is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.

9. Please note that for all Visa or Master Card payments, there will be a non-refundable 3% surcharge; for American Express & JCB, there will be a non-refundable 5% surcharge.

10. Central Perk Backpackers will not accept bookings from guests who have been ejected from other premises for any type of misconduct or any other reason deemed valid by our staff. Your booking may be cancelled without refund or compensation and you may be asked to leave.

11. No party or events are allowed in the hostel (fines apply).

12. Group Booking (more than 4 persons) policies as below:

i. Non-Cancellation under any circumstances.
ii. Non-refundable under any circumstances.
iii. Guests need to contact Central Perk Backpackers before reservation placed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CHRISTMAS & NYE

1. A minimum booking of five nights applies between 27th December and 5th January every year.

2. 50% deposit (non-refundable) at the time of the booking will be charged.

3. All bookings on or in this period will be charged in full on Dec 1st.

4. Failure to pay by then will result in a cancellation without refund for any previous payments.

5. All Christmas/New Year’s Eve bookings are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.
