Sydney tourist attractions

Central Perk Backpackers is perfectly located right in the heart of the City, with the entrance on Goulburn Street near the corner with George Street, one level up from Raben Footwear. This is Haymarket. Continue southward along Goulburn Street leading away from George Street and you can walk to Darling Harbour, with the Chinese Garden, the Aquarium and the Star Casino. Or walk westward along George Street towards Hay Street, and you are in Chinatown, where you can find Paddy’s Market. Central Station is a short walk further.

Or going eastward along George Street, walking or taking a bus, and you will come to Town Hall. Hyde Park is three streets away, to your right along Park Street. Or still on George Street, you can continue past Wynyard to the Manly ferry at Circular Quay and of course to the world famed Opera House, and the Botanical Gardens.

Or from Town Hall station take a train to connect to the Sydney railway network and especially to the nightclub district of Kings Cross, to Bondi (then by bus to Bondi Beach) or to Sydney International Airport.
It is easy to get around in Sydney, transport is not expensive, and you can choose somewhere to eat or shop for your own cooking ingredients. Cosmopolitan Sydney is Australia’s largest city, but it is a relaxed environment where you can enjoy your stay from a central point–and this is what makes Central Perk Backpackers a perfect location for you.
